Details: When this established Customs Broker firm grew tired of the old typewriter and calculator system, they called in Rizon to develop a complete Customs Broker information system. 

Rizon converted their paper-based system into e-forms, and developed an extensive database back-end to store their Customs and Excise information. Coupled with a document manager, and a billing application, this system increased the efficiency of processing Customs documents by over 500%.
